Privacy policy

What we collect

From tenants and owners who write on WhatsApp: phone number, profile name, the messages (text, voice notes, photos), the property they refer to, and the e-mail if they ask for a copy.
From managers, letting agents and owners: name, company, phones, e-mail, office hours, the properties and people they register.
From professionals: what they state in the registration form.

Why

To record the fault, pass it to the person in charge of the property and, only with consent, to professionals, and to improve the service from the corrections users make. We send no advertising.

Who sees it

The person in charge of the property (as set by the manager), the professionals if you allowed it, and the SURVAI team. The providers we use to run the service: Twilio (WhatsApp), OpenAI (message analysis; data is not used to train models), Airtable (database), Render (hosting, Frankfurt), Google (e-mail). We do not sell data.

For how long

For the duration of the pilot and up to 12 months after, unless you ask for deletion earlier. Photos are kept as long as the request they belong to.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection: write STOP on WhatsApp, or e-mail panos.panagiotis.nikolaidis@gmail.com. We delete within 48 hours. You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.

Controller

Panagiotis Nikolaidis (SURVAI), Larnaca, Cyprus. For tenants' details registered by a manager, the manager is the controller and SURVAI acts as processor.
