Terms of use

Pilot version, October 2026. To be replaced by the final text before commercial operation.

SURVAI is a WhatsApp fault-reporting service for properties in Cyprus, in pilot operation. By using it you accept the following.

1. What the service does

It receives messages (text, voice notes, photos) from tenants and owners, records them as a list of problems with the help of artificial intelligence, and passes them to the person in charge of the property (manager, letting agent or owner) and, with the sender's consent, to professional tradespeople. The AI makes mistakes: the list is an aid, not a technical opinion. The sender can always correct what was recorded.

2. Emergencies and danger

SURVAI is not an emergency service. In case of danger (fire, gas leak, water at electrics, injury) call 112 first.

3. For managers and owners

By entering tenants' or owners' details (name, phone, e-mail) you confirm you are entitled to provide them for this purpose and have informed them. Processing is carried out on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. SURVAI assigns no works and commits nobody financially; every assignment and price is agreed between you and the professional.

4. For professionals

The jobs you receive describe what the sender reported. Price and execution are agreed directly with the person in charge of the property. SURVAI guarantees no volume of work.

5. Pilot operation

Until 31 December 2026 the service is provided free, "as is", without an availability guarantee. It may change or stop with notice. We are not liable for damage from delay or wrong recording, to the extent the law allows.

6. Data and deletion

What we collect and how we use it is described in the Privacy Policy. Anyone who writes STOP on WhatsApp is deleted within 48 hours.

7. Contact and law

Responsible: Panagiotis Nikolaidis, panos.panagiotis.nikolaidis@gmail.com. Cyprus law applies.
